The developers of The Devonshire called on American Leisure Corporation to conceptualize and design the total lifestyle package at this world class residential community. In keeping with the high levels of sophistication to which this Boston community caters, American Leisure created a signature amenities package.

We incorporated several "extras" to the facility, including a year round solarium, a stunning, sky-lit pool surrounded by warm teak wood work, a large expanse of windows and inviting lounges, a billiards room, full service spa treatment areas, comfortable changing rooms, a conference room for conducting business, a lounge with a flat screen T.V. and multimedia. The gorgeous wrap around views were incorporated into all areas of the design.
